Refunds are calculated after subtracting the fees for non-refundable services from any payments made by you.
Special Notes on Domain Registrations and Renewals: Please note that all domain registrations and renewals are final. They cannot be reversed once completed. Always double-check for any errors or incorrect details before confirming your order.
Purchases with Free Domain Inclusions: If a service purchased includes a free domain name and the service is canceled, the standard rate for the domain will be deducted from the refund.
Money-Back Guarantee for Hosting Services: HostMyCode offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for certain hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can cancel your service via the cancellation form in your HostMyCode dashboard. Refunds are processed within 7 days post-cancellation.
This guarantee only applies to fees paid for the initial term of hosting and must be requested in writing via the HostMyCode dashboard. It is only available to first-time accounts.
Renewals: Services automatically renew to prevent any interruption. A 15-day advance notice will be provided before renewals. If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel the service via your HostMyCode dashboard before the renewal date.
Cancellation Process: Services can be terminated at any time using the online cancellation form in your dashboard. You are responsible for all fees incurred up to the cancellation's effectiveness.
You will receive an email confirmation upon processing your cancellation request. If you do not receive this, please contact HostMyCode Customer Support.
Cancellations must be made through the dashboard to: (a) Verify your identity. (b) Confirm in writing your agreement to remove all files and emails from our servers. (c) Document the request to mitigate any potential for errors or fraudulent activities.
